A totally positive experience.
After two years of neglect on my part due to financial problems my 95 Subaru was getting hard to start. I made an appointment AA The Shop and I got my car back the same afternoon fixed and running like new. I expected the repairs but they also washed and cleaned the interior which I did not expect. They have become the only place I'll take my car for service and repair. It's so refreshing to find a shop that goes the extra distance to make a customer feel that they truely get what they paid for. Being disabled my car is very important to me and now I have a place that I trust to take my car for repairs.

A & A never overcharges.
A & A The Shop is always honest and trustworthy. In the three years I've been a customer of theirs, I've only ever had really good experiences. They are helpful and never do any work I don't need done. They are great.

Excellent service.
I have been using A & A The Shop for 7 years now. I know they're in the auto business but what I tell people is that they're in the trust business. Everyone I talk to who has a Subaru goes to them.
They service my car every 3,000 miles, and my car currently has 160,000 miles on it. I have been very satisfied with the service. They give you a little warning at the end of each maintenance check about what will be next. I have already recommended them and I continue to recommend them.

Fast, honest, and professional.
I have considered never switching out of a Subaru because I love the service at A & A The Shop. They are truthful and honest. They will recommend something to be done, and I will ask if it needs to be done now or after awhile. They will tell me if I need to do it now or if it can wait and tell me the consequences of either choice.
They know my name every time I walk in the door. My last oil change was free just because they are nice people. I am always treated professionally. They don't treat me as a young female when it comes to the car. They are professional, courteous, and don't try to cheat me in any form.
I have been using them for at least the last 5 years. The service is always fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I hate going to the dealer and would rather go to A & A The Shop.

Couldn't be better.
We've been going to A & A The Shop for 15 years. We've taken all of our Subarus to them and have even bought two of our cars from the customers at their lot. They have done everything for our cars, from head gaskets to full electrical jobs to a transmission switch-out.
They're always personable, they love me in there. They know my name. I always call up late for my oil change, and they fit me in. It's actually a nice waiting room when you wait. They also stand behind their products and guarantee their work. They stand by their word.

I've been coming here easily for over 10 years and they have kept my '92 Legacy in awesome running order ever since. If you have a Subaru this is the shop to go to!

Super duper Subaru!
I was offered a new, one or two year old GMC vehicle from my sister-in-law, and I turned it down because I didn't think that anybody could provide the maintenance and repair that Subaru provides at A & A The Shop. I stuck with my brand of car rather than trading up into something bigger. That tells you how serious I am about their service. I drive a Subaru because I the service I get.
My husband started using them before I used them. When I drive off the lot if I have a question or hear a new sound, they never question what I hear. They are always so agreeable in explaining what the sound is. Sometimes the brake might make a sound backing up that is a normal adjustment, but I wouldn't know it was normal. They take the time to explain, and don't get exacerbated with mechanical questions. They are very patient.

A & A The Shop services my wife's Subaru and they also are a client of mine as well. I have been selling auto parts to them for many years and have seen how they treat their customers. They are very straightforward and honest.
Kurt has always been very forthright with me and upfront about what's going on. They are knowledgeable about what they're doing, and their knowledge goes above and beyond what the dealership can tell you. If there is ever any problem, they always take care of it.
I would encourage others to take your cars to A & A The Shop. They have A+ service.
